Terms & conditions

These terms govern engagements between Hanova Technologies and its clients. A signed scope of work supersedes anything stated here for that specific engagement.

All engagements are fixed-price unless explicitly stated. Scope changes are written and signed before work begins. Invoices are issued at agreed milestones and are payable within 14 days.

Ownership of deliverables, including code, designs, copy and files, transfers to the client on receipt of the final invoice. Hanova retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement. We carry professional indemnity cover, with details available on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
