Quality, at Hanova, is the gap between what we promised and what we delivered. Closing that gap, on time, on budget, to spec, is the responsibility of every person on every engagement.
We work in two-week sprints with a staging URL the client can poke. The demo is never the first time the client sees the product.
We ship with documentation, handover notes and a 30-day defect-fix window included in every project. We measure outcomes monthly against the metric the engagement was supposed to move.
We review the quality policy annually and after every project that ends in a written post-mortem.
